Eco-Therm - Eco-Torch Insulated Board 5 in 1 Application 

EcoTherm's  5 in 1 flat roofing insulation board is for use with any hot applied roofing system or adhered single-ply system on metal, timber or concrete decks. 

Eco-Torch is ideal for :-

  • torch on felt;

  • roll & pour felt;

  • bituminous single-ply membranes;

  • fully adhered single-ply systems;

  • mastic asphalt. 

Eco-Torch comprises a fibre free rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation core faced with coated glass tissue on one side and bitumenised glass fibre tissue with polypropylene fleece on the other. The insulation core is temperature tolerant and withstands the application of hot bitumen and asphalt to the surface up to 230°C.

The standard dimensions are :-

  • length 1200mm;

  • width    600mm;

  • area    0.72 m2;

  • thicknesses between 30 – 150mm (requirements for thicknesses over 140mm can be fulfilled with two layers of insulation board)

  • thermal conductivity of the board varies by thickness as follows :- 25 – 79mm = 0.026 W/mK; 80 – 119mm = 0.025 W/mK; 120 + mm = 0.024 W/mK.

Eco-Therm - Eco-Deck Insulation and Decking

Eco-Deck is a tough, structural, pre-insulated thermal decking board for flat roofs.

 

Eco-Deck can be used in combination with the following waterproofing systems :-

  • single-ply mechanically fixed;

  • single-ply adhered;

  • mastic asphalt;

  • roll and pour felt;

  • and torch-on felt.

thermal insulating decking for flat roofs. It is ready to fix and finish using basic tools and traditional roofing techniques.

 

The standard dimensions are :-

  • length 2400mm;

  • width  1200mm;

  • area    2.88 m2;

  • thicknesses between 50 – 150mm;

  • the plywood thickness is 6mm, with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK.
