You may cancel the order for goods that are from stock for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by you shall be refunded in full within 28 days. The right to cancel does not apply to non-stock goods which have been sourced and delivered to us for your specific order, or to the supply of goods made to order.
If goods have been delivered to you, in accordance with our Delivery Policy you shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the delivery driver of any issues found. The delivery driver must be informed immediately if you are aware of any defects of, damage to, shortages of, or unsuitability of, the goods.
Your signature is acceptance of the goods being received in good and serviceable condition. We cannot accept any liability for the goods after you have signed for them. If there is further damage to the goods that was not visible at offload time, notification of faulty goods must be received within 24 hours by email to email@example.com. Any notification received out with this 24 hour period will not be applicable for refund or exchange.
If you are returning an unwanted item, it must be in brand new, unused condition and fit for immediate re-sale. If it is a packaged item, the packaging must be factory sealed, intact and in good condition. We may apply a re-stocking charge, depending on the circumstances and we reserve the right not to accept items for return or refund. You are expected to cover the cost of returning the item and your initial delivery charge (if any) will not be refunded. Refunds will not be given if the item has been fitted, damaged or so altered that it is not fit for immediate re-sale.
The return of perishable items (i.e. cement, plaster) will not be accepted, nor shall we accept returns or cancellations for aggregate, sand, or gravel.
If an item is alleged to be faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund following inspection, where required, by the appropriate manufacturer and their subsequent assessment and report. We reserve the right to apply a re-stocking charge.
We are unable to offer return or refund (unless they are found to be faulty by the appropriate manufacturer) on non-stock items, goods that have been fitted, goods that have been specially manufactured or where sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods.
All products supplied by us come with a commitment to pass on manufacturers’ warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with us.
Some manufacturers arrange for engineers to fix problem parts on site. In such cases, we will provide you with the telephone number of the manufacturer's after sales team to make the necessary arrangements directly with them. In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any problems for you.
